Refund Policy:
Customers can modify/cancel their orders till 6 am. Any later modification or cancellation will not be taken into account.
If the customer has already paid online for cancelled or modified orders, the amount will be adjusted against the subsequent orders at the option of the customer. Or the said amount will be refunded to the customer's account. This refund takes 7 days depending on the operations of respective banks and institutions.
If the goods supplied are spoiled, scratched/damaged or not satisfactory to customers, then in lieu of such service deficiencies, the customer shall be offered a similar, alternative item or items. For this process, the customer has to send the damaged photo of the respective item or items to the company's WhatsApp mobile number. Then, within the next 24 to 48 hours, the item or ingredient will be replaced with something else and is delivered to the customer.
